Hello everyone it has been so long time I been away from this site. I want to tell you something what I have been doing lately try to help myself with negative thinking. If you have read book called "Taming your Gremlin" great what I did, is write letters or acted like I am talking back to my Gremlin. Recently I find it somewhat helpful to "fight" against my Negative thinking by pretend my Gremlin is/or causing the negative thinking. If you haven't read that book, maybe you would like to check it out. Basically that book has a lot focus on "Simply Notice" but that include the negative thinking too
If you not want to buy or read the book, What I can suggest try this, Talk back to your negative thinking or write letter to your negative thinking. Tell them how you feel cussing or say bad thing say whatever you want toward to your negative thinking. Just like you are expressing to someone but actually its toward to your own negative thinking Maybe you can also try talk positive like you are try to use positive against your negative thinking. Negative thinking doesn't like positive maybe scare them with positive.
