My cheering coach of 4 years died a couple days ago, and I think it'd be best if I went to her funeral this week. I'm stressing out about it because I know sad feelings brings me anxiety really bad..how can I be strong, and prepare for it beforehand, and realize it's okay to feel these emotions?

So sorry to hear that a friend has passed. I don't think you can ever prepare for it, just go. Remember some good times, or the things you really liked about this person. Death is part of life. its ok to be sad. You will feel better as time goes on but I think its important to go and be with friends who feel the same way.
Keep doing you program. Realize its ok to feel sad, do not be afraid of it, go with it. Float with it as the program teaches.
Hopeing for peace and comfort for you. :)
