:) I have had anxiety and depression for most of my life. I've been on numerous medications for the past 20 years and they seem to help for a while then the anxiety and depression returns. Then back a few weeks ago was when I had enough. I was experiencing an intense fear of dying that overtook all my thoughts and became the only thing I could think about. Then one night I was watching T.V. and saw the infomercial for this program and immediately knew I had to give this a try. Although, I have only finished session 2 I'm already feeling more positive and calmed the fear down to a low level by using the techniques in session 1 and 2.Nothing else has made feel better and now I know I can conquer anxiety and depression.

That's awesome Dominick. I know people like us who have suffered for so long with anxiety and depression are very strong individuals - we have come this far and survived! I'm ready to learn to start redirecting all of my strength and emotions to something positive. Like you said, enough already! On CD #2 also and although I'm still suffering I now have hope that things will get better. Good luck!
