slammed the table

I am so frustrated with life that I slammed a table at a ups store. they guys aksed me not to come back. i quickly apologized and said i was wrong. then i had him mail my item for over $100.00!! I guess I feel I can be angry and macho in front of little guys but not big guyes. i must have looked like a crazy fool! i really need to get a grip.

King Peace, I know how you feel. I have stood in line at the store and have felt the urge to hit the person in front of me just to get them to hurry up. I know how nuts that sounds and of course I would never do that. My anxiety keeps me crabby all the time..........and I really feel sorry for my husband because he has to live with it...........Pam
