Ive been feeling horrible lately, I mean, I thought I had this whole Acne thing under control, but it seems like its getting bad again, and im trying not to be a person that is obssesed about good looks, but I think everybody deserves to look and feel their best, yet, here I am, with cystic acne at Age 21. it seems like nobody has acne, I go everywhere and see everybody around my age with that glowing skin that I really want. Im doing everything under the sun to get rid of it, I take special vitamins, like Zinc, I wash my face two times a day, I take Probiotics, yet it still is getting bad despite all I am doing. I used to be called ugly in High school for having bad acne, and Im afraid its just going to get worse. Ive tried medicine and everything. Does anbydoy know of any thing I can do to get rid of my acne, or the stress I am having because of this?

I know how you feel. I'm 44 and I still get acne breakouts, mostly when I'm too anxious or worried about something.

It's much better since my anxiety is much better. Stress certainly aggravate acne.

Don't do to much to your skin. Keep your skincare regimen simple. Doing too much to your skin, and using too many different products also aggravates acne.
