MAYBE BAD WEATHER ANXIETY?

IM AT WORK NOW AND ITS SNOWING LIKE CRAZY ON LONG ISLAND. IM A LIL ANXIOUS. I TOOK 1 AND A HALF OF MY KLONOPIN AND I THINK IM NERVOUS THAT I TOOK THEM I DONT KNOW WHY. ANY ADVICE?

I drove in this stuff this morning only to get to work and the power was out...SO....I had to drive back home (normally about a 10 - 15 minute drive turned into 45 minutes.)

I found that shovelling this crap is a real anxiety buster ! LOL By the time I was done, I was too pooped to be anxious.

Don't feel bad,if the Klonopin helps than take it.What ever it takes to get through!! that's my new motto!!!this life thing isn't easy!

Just take a deep breath and relax! I don't know anyone who likes to drive in the snow. However, if you go slowly and you're careful, you'll reach your destination without a problem.
You know that! Focus on the positive. Tell yourself, "I'm a good driver, my care is safe and maintained and stable. Everything will e fine."
