Hi Ladies,

I have been doing the coaching for a while now and I personally find it incredible. It keeps me on track and she gives me homework assignments and councils me with how the program pertains to me personally so for me it works amazing. I have a wonderful coach Deb Huddleston I would recommend her to anyone who has this problem.
It costs $2100.00 for all your lessons and if you pay upfront I think you get 3 extra hour sessions.
If you need anymore info don't hesitate to pm me anytime I would love to help you out.
Take care and good luck
Mimi

I too have been doing the coaching. Chris Mattice is my coach and very helpful. I'm not where I'd like to be but thank God I'm not where I used to be. I only have 2 sessions left. I think after I'm done I will do the spiritual workbook with someone I connected with from this site. There's still anxiety and I'm determined to get over it. Chris has been a great help thru all the problems with this new home we got. Somehow we will get thru this. I took it over with a coach mainly because I was not dealing well with these house problems. It has continued to get worse. I'm really trying to learn patience. Another big problem for me that I must continue to work on is time management. Chris was aware from the very beginning that this is my problem. We're still working on it. I told her in a few weeks when I'm done I'll have coach withdrawal lol. She was kind and said I may e-mail her every day if I want. lol

I wish you the best in working the program with or without a coach. Keep in touch.

I have started the attacking anxiety program many times over the years and would only go so far and quit. I decided back in Dec. to begin the coach assisted program as I wanted to learn the skills to manage my anxiety and deal with it once and for all. I have been working with Toni Kusiak and in a word she is "phenomenal". She is kind, considerate and nonjudgemental. Toni has helped me recognize my controling and perfectionist tendencies. It has definitly been the best money I have ever spent. I am not where I would like to be but I am getting there little by little. Take care and God Bless.

For those of us who live paycheck-to-paycheck, personal coaching is not an option.

Its not affordable, and since it is done over the phone insurance will not cover. If you have the extra money try it.
