Hi Mary,
I just started the program over after trying it a year ago. I hope you are still at it. I know your message is over a month old but if you see this message let me know how you are doing on the program.

CAROL,
i see mary post from time to time and i am sure she will see it..
after you go through the program some times you need to refresh yourself with the tools and skills and i started listening to the tapes that i got in 2003.
it was such a blessing to hear the familiar voices and hear the laughter as they describe what and how they got through things.the first time i heard it i do not remember it being funnny like it was the 2nd time.
i wish you the best of luck in your 2nd time and, hope that you find comfort in what you listen to and read.take care and y thoughts and prayer are wih you..be blessed..

Don,
Thank you for your reply.
I am so glad that Mary is active in the community here, maybe I will see her.
I come on the message boards at night when things are quiet and I get a lot of comfort knowing that I am not alone.
It is nice to know that you are better now and that you keep up with the tapes.
I just want you to know that your message and reply to me means a lot.
Many blessings to you too. Carol

Well I now have over 300 posts - so yes I've been active as you can see. I pretty much have little if any anxiety now and am on session 7. Things are going well with the program for me so far. Thanks for asking about me.
