I got the program a few months ago and I started "gung-ho". It seemed to do ok but I guess I lost patience or something. Im not sure how to make the system work. I am not sure what the Relaxation cd is. Is it in the yellow case?
If I could get some help I would really be thankful.

Peace

Keving,

Are you doing the Program one week at a time? Are you using the relaxation tape and completing the workbooks? If you hang in there and use this forum, you will see great results.

Sincerely,

You know, there are a lot of teachers in this community and they can probably be more help figuring how where you went wrong. I'm not a teacher, but did spend many years teaching/training therapy interns. Because of that experience, I have a belief that when a person can't do something, they are missing gradients. Here is an example: If you learn how to add and subtract, but you never learn about decimals, you will never balance your checkbook. It's a gradient learning, and you missed decimals. Does that make sense? You say you started out gung-ho, did okay, lost interest. And you never found your relaxation CD? I would, in all sincerity, suggest that you go back to session one and start all over. Are you doing your homework, following the weekly schedular on page two in every guidebook? Are you also watching your coaching DVD's with each session? These are fantastic. I like them very much. The program is working very well for me. If I do get stumped on a session (I am finishing up 9) I will go back to the last session I was doing well on, go forward, and find the gradient I am not understanding. Your relaxation CD is in the first box, along with the I will be there for you CD.
Does this seem to apply to you?
