Weather fear...Terror
hello F,
I can't really relate to the terror of water, but the dislike for the foul weather...yes. I hate the gloomy end on end days when its so dark that its almost night, and I go through the day trying to blast on every light possible and still it seems dark and my vision is spotty and far away. I continue to work the program, and actually try and force myself out to walk even around the block, it helps some days! Any kind of excercise does, and taking sugars out of your diet, especially in the morning. Come into the chat room when you have a chance, you will get a lot of advice there!

JR,
I'm sticking with the program. It helped to bail me out of other problems in the past. My wife turns on all lights. I tend to turn them off!!! Makes no sense, since dark helps to create some of the terror. I try to get out of the house. Staying in and looking out makes it worse. When I see puddles in the yard I blow them up into tsunamis that are flowing my way. I do take some comfort in the fact that there are others. Someone knows what the hell I'm talking about!! Even though I've used the chat room before, I don't think about it (or anything else!) in the middl;e of a weather panic. Tnanks for listening...
