I have just started session 4 and as I reflect back on the past week (session 3) it is starting to make sense to me. I find myself with a big red stop sign stopping me from having a thought go to far. Self positive talk is a little uncomfortable at first, but after a week it is slowing becoming part of my thought process. The hard part is being totally honest with yourself. I now feel I am on my way.
