This is my first day on this sight. I am very hopeful that this program works. My biggest problem right now with my anxiety, is feeling dizzy alot, or a sort of off balance feeling. I have had alot of neck problems caused by muscle tension. Does anyone eles feel like this? Is this the spacey weird feeling in your head that Lucinda talks about having?

Yes!! I have it all the time. I'm still in the middle of session 1, finishing it up on Saturday. I NEED those relaxation sessions at least twice a day--and originally I didn't know it was anxiety, I originally was going to the dr b/c I was having migraines 3-4 times a week. The anxiety and muscle tension was kicking off my migraines.

And yes, I feel dizzy and off-balance, mostly in the morning, and it wears off by the afternoon (or if I sleep it off). Light especailly kicks it off--so in the morning to get ready to work, if I flip on the light to take a shower, i get super dizzy and off-balance. I end up working from home a lot as a result =/

Hi Andromodae. (I hope I spelled your name right).

It seemed like I was the only person in Chicago walking around lightheaded.

NO you are not alone. The dizziness and spacey feeling I get in my head are the biggest problem for me. They usually cause me to have a full blown panic attack, even though I know it is just part of the anxiety and stress I am feeling. Been dealing with this for 19 years, hope the program gets rid of that at least.

I get the dizzy feeling. That's my main anxiety point. Plus I have high blood pressure which makes things worse when my anxiety gets outta control.

Rudie...I spent 21 years of my life living in a constant state of panic. I suffered from agoraphobia, and depression, as well.

Dizziness and that off-balance feeling was one of the top symptoms I had, although, I have to admit, that I had sooo many, that, I doubt I could count them all!!!

Continue with the program...You will be fine...I promise you that one!!!!

I suffered for 21 years of my life, and I am here typing this all out...I am very much alive and well!!!!

Just be thankful you found help when you did.
I do NOT want anyone else in this world to suffer as long as I did!!!

May God Bless You...

Hey Rudie, Listen to Ms.TBones, she really knows what she is talking about. I too have the dizzy spells, not as often as I was, thought it was my oxygen level and found out it was just anxeity and panic. I am beginning to handle all that lots better now. Stick with it, you will get better,
Prayers and blessings, Mary
