Sick of the relaxation CD
By all means use something that works for you. Actually, I posted this right after you responded to someone about help with getting Lucinda's relaxation to MP3 format, so maybe you've already read this??? Here's what I originally said:
You also might want to check out the following downloads from iTunes:
ANY of Christiane Kerr's- I have them all. She's advertised for little girls, but I'm 35 and feel quite relaxed by fairy dust and riding on the back of dolphins... *grin*
I also have Jane Pernotto Ehrman's Minute Meditations- also pretty good.
Lastly, I REALLY like the CD's by www.thinkrightnow.com. I have the ones for anxiety, sleep, and organization and have found them to be superior supplements to the program.
Most importantly, NO subliminals in ANY of them (I don't know if this matters to you...)

I also went digging through old posts and found the original site where I discovered Kerr- it's: http://www.hypnosisaudio.com/km_cfkcd04.htm
There are A LOT of choices available on this site.
Other people suggested Kelly Howell, Glenn Harrold, and "Deep Relaxation/Total Relaxation by Bob Griswold at this site:
www.efflearn.com Though someone said they couldn't find a way to listen to Griswold???
BTW- I know EXACTLY how you feel about being sick to death of the original, however, now that I have such a vast selection I frequently find myself back to Lucinda...
Best Wishes,
Emily
