When I get to work, I get soo spacey and dizzy feeling, then i feel the anxiety in my stomach and chest and I feel un easy. I try so hard to get it down, but it doesnt always work. What does everyone do for this?

I get this too. What helps for me is to not fight it. Just alow it to be there and know that it is'nt going to hurt you. Then try distracting you're self with you work. I find that the harder I try to get rid of the feeling or the more I dwell on it the worse it becomes notice it and move on. I hope this helps Sincerly Aaron AKA D.O.A Madman
