I have just been diagnosed with Complex PTSD. I'm wondering if this program can be successfully used to treat this serious and complex condition. I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Hi Franca,

I sent you a private message:). Hope something I said helps in some way. I do think this program helps with trauma in many ways. When you are dealing with a complex disorder, it's O.K. to use multiple sources to heal:).

Take care,

Thanks Luv. Problem is, because of the Complex PTSD, I'm on disability, and I'm a single mom, so there's no way I can afford this program - it's expensive!!

I didn't realize how expensive it was before I asked the question. Sorry.

Hi Franca,
You can always go on Ebay and get it there. It is cheap there. Plus you can get in touch with the people at StressCenter and see if they can help you on a payment plan. I did the payment plan.
It is expensive, but doing a payment plan makes it easy.
Until you can afford it, just read on the message board here, you will get a lot of help from it.
It does help with PTSD. I have PTSD. My Doctor told me PTSD is anxiety.
