What if life was beautiful.
What if there was nothing to fear?
What if we had the inner strength to do anything we wanted to?
What if everyone loved us?
What if we never felt sad?
What if we never felt alone?
What if there was no such thing as worry?
What if nothing could make us angry?
What if all the above was true?
Then would we'd have the gift of peace that we are striving for.
Not really because these emotions need to be part of each and every one of us. They make us the sensitive, whole, caring people that we are.
We just need to see these feelings as less harmful. They are part of us.
Try to imagine that the beauty, fear, strength, love, sadness, aloneness, worry, and anger are our redemption. Own them. When you are confronted with them, use them positively. Make them work for you in your situation. Stop the war in your mind and find your freedom!!
