I have had this never anxiety symptom (I think). I have recently been experiencing these episodes where I feel like I cant think kinda like a empty feeling in my head or a feeling of my mind just racing and does not stop. It scares me to the point of turning into a panic attack cause I feel like I am going crazy or could go crazy. Can any one relate?

Are you on the program? if so, get into it, read and reread the workbook! When you finish the program the first time, go back through it again beause we always miss something the first time.
Anxiety and panic are not a chemical thing as many have suggested, it is a though pattern we have gotten into.

rosalie, i have the same exacy feeling. my mind races for a few days, then finally just goes blank, it scared me at first, but i talked to my counselor, and she said its whats called depersonalization. its something that scred me at first, but believ it or not, its the worst stress u can have and will have, mentally. if u need any advice on it, or what not, let me know. ive been thru it all lately...lol. the racing thoughts re aur anxiety, and just remember, "this too shall pass", oxxoo

I definitely understand that feeling. This is one of my number one symptoms of anxiety. I start feeling dizzy, nervous, and then BAM I have that "weird" feeling. I've realized with counseling and medication, but mostly this program that it is just anxiety. I just started a new job, so I want to stand out; however, I feel like
I'm not doing my best because of this.

If you've trained your body to do this through anxious reactions, the physical symptoms like the feeling spacey or just 'weird" are real.
