Hello Everyone, There are moments in my day that I feel so good, I think positive thoughts. I keep busy, and then all of the sudden a negative moment comes in and I feel very anxiuos and my heart starts pounding. And I start the oh no not this again. Also, for some reason I feel some much better in the early evening hours, I go to bed, but when I wake up in the morning I'm thinking here we go again another day of this. Can anyone relate ????

i use to have that too. when you get the anxious feeling, turn on the relaxation cd, no matter what you're doing. catch it before it takes you down with it!

good luck,
jeanie

This is totally me every day! Its such a rollercoaster ride. One minute I'm like "wow I am really doing great" and the next minute I'm wondering how to make it through the rest of the day. The negative thoughts creep in when you least expect them. But think about it...if we have positive moments and we keep working on them they will become longer and more frequent. The negative episodes will soon be gone. Don't get discouraged its all a part of the process.

I too feel better as the day does on. Morning are the worst - but once I get up it starts getting better.

absolutely, i can relate 100%.
i find it very frustrating!!!
it keeps me form making plan with others because i never know how i am going to feel :(
my worst symptoms are dizziness, off balance, lightheaded and feel as if I cannot breathe well.
i just keep trying everyday to get better, some days are better then others and once in awhile I have a great day and greta success!!!

Mornings definetly are hard! I could sleep all night beautifully and it seems that the last 1/2 - 1 hour before I'm actually awake, I have crazy dreams and thoughts flying through my head. By the time I open my eyes, I'm so tense and upset that it takes time to adjust. My poor husband and family... :D It has been so hard to avoid this....I've tried to get up immediatley when I start to feel uneasy, however, like I said, I not quite awake and its hard to catch it early enough!
