Hello everyone. Feb. 2nd will be a year for me. This is a wonderful program, I mean it really helped me a lot. I have been doing fine now. I got fed up with life a few days ago and came back here to read your posts and to write some myself. It is good to come back here for a while. This is so helpfull for me. This is good. God bless you and inrich your lives with joy and happiness, and a much better walk through this thing we call life. This will surly help and inrich your walk here during this physicle exsistance.

Hi Y'all....hey, how do you get your picture or graphic online? Cool. I just wanted to say Hi and tell you all that I am a recovered anxiety-holic. It can be done and Lucinda's program is great. Lots of wonderful ideas and support. I was able to fly to the Bahamas....wouldn't fly for 30 years! Woo hoo...I even wrote a book now on how I overcame my anxiety and panic (called "Anxiety Rescue") and wanted to share all the strategies I learned. If you really want to cut to the chase and the one thing I can recommend is to FOCUS on WHAT YOU WANT, not what you don't want. So, what I did was learn to visualize things as I wanted them to be, primarily how I wanted to feel in a situation (cuz we really can't control all things except our own reactions). Instead of worrying myself about what might be wrong about a situation or a feared thing I learned to focus on what was right about a situation. It took some time to learn to change my focus and calm that voice that wanted to scare me, but let me tell you that with even just working on it from this way, you can really begin to help yourself.
