Need some advice.
So latley I've been feeling depressed I'm not sure why but i think its all of my negative thinking. i wake up with negative thoughts and go to bed with negative thoughts. i'm on session three about self talk but i just can't belivie my self i guess when i tell myself i'll be fine b/c im so used to going to other people for reasurance. So i've been feeling spacey and like everytime something moves it throughs me off balnce idk if that makes sence but it seems like im always staring at something. then when i satrt to feel spacey I automatically think o no i have M.S. and im going to die or have to go to the hostpital and i know deep down thats not true but i still worry and dwell about it. Can anyone relate or have any advice?
I can sooooooooooooooo relate. All three ER's closest to me know me by my first name. I've all but worn a disguise walking in there. 
Look, you MUST think positive. Think of it this way. Say you were stranded island and the only way to get off was to think positive. Well, that's exactly where you are at! If you don't think positive, you will keep going through this for the rest of your life!!! I know its hard, especially when you have worked yourself so far down but you have to do it. Think of it as your life depends on it.
Here is one good thing you can say to yourself today. Say, self, I am a stronger person that I think I am because I have proactively sought out help for my problems. I am doing something about them rather than not. A lot of people are not strong minded enough to recognize that they have problems or go get help and you have done both!
