relaxation cd question
I have been doing the whole relaxation CD 3 times a day. I do it in the morning, when I get home from work, and before bed. I am trying to develop that neural pathway that Dr. Fisher spoke about. I don't know if you get better results doing it one way versus another. Sometimes, it does seem a bit long doing the whole thing, but I assumed that is what was recommended. I guess we could call them and ask.
