Going through this program there are many times when people get those Eurika moments and I figured hey why not share them. This is a great way in which we can help each other grow. Other people's Eurika Moments can trigger Eurika moments in ourselves...Wow how powerful can that be?

I'll start.

I feel really afraid of feeling akward whenever i try to learn a new skill or to practice it. What i realized was that it isn't really the akwardness that i'm afraid of...it is the fear of judging myself and feeling bad about myself and this is why i avoid changing. Who deliberately tries to make themselves feel bad? I can also see that this comes from when i was treated really bad starting in grade 7. Before this i was confident enough to do anything but after hearing the same judgements, hatred and other bad things done to me, It became ingrained in my head. After that It became second nature to say those exact same things to myself. If that can get programed into my head...so can the opposite!!!

If people didn't make mistakes or if everybody did things the way they were suppose to 100% of the time, there wouldn't be any humor in this world.

Hi Mike. Yes, it is absolutelt true that if life was perfect, no one would be here. There would be no world or life. So that is a good way to look at it, and remember, nobody is perfect and everyone has secrets/vulnerabilities. There are those who decide to hide them from the world and those who choose not to.

Right you are Jasminemody. Negativities don't have to be scary things. They can be really funny too. I mean look at the show friends (yes i know it is a bit exaggerated but...), Joey doesn't understand alot of what people say and he then responds with something stupid and it's funny.

Or if someone farts & pukes at the same time (ya that was me). It can either be embarassing or funny...it's your perception.

This next realization actually came from one of my classes. This comes from buddhist principals (and no i'm not trying to convert anybody...this is spiritual, not religeous). Before you create an external change, an internal one must happen first. The energy must change first. This means that you could stock up on all the knowledge you want and keep looking for it and still not change. I'm sure alot of us can relate to this. Then something happens, we get that moment like a light just went on above our heads and then we understand and then we have the motivation and then we change. This is a great feeling, it is as if the knowledge has finally went from our brain to our heart and went deep to the core and we know 100% that it is right.

We get these deep satisfying feelings when we have a constant determination to make our own lives and the lives of others brighter. No other option but a brighter future and then your tools start to come to you to make the changes you want in your life.

My new realization...Knowledge isn't as important as you think it is. It can be power but in most cases power isn't what we need. Alot of the time we don't need to absolutely know all the details to do something in the best way with the best results. How many times have you been sooooo passionate about doing something and you don't even think about it and just do it and it turns out amazing?

Like when you really care about someone and you give them your best advice when they are feeling down and it just comes out. Or when you go to write a poem and it just all comes out without trying and it is the most beautiful poem.
