Hello, my name is Tyler, and I'm new here. I just finished session 1 and I'm feeling alright about it.
I just wanted to ask a single question...
AM I THE ONLY ONE THE FEELS THE WAY I DO?
I was terrified just to TRY this thing, and still have doubts about weather I'll finish this program or not. I've never been able to do anything that has a set schedule (a job , or this for instance). I'll start out strong and upbeat, but I ALWAYS find myself getting into a feeling of urgency, or panic and end up abandoning whatever it is I'm doing.
This is not my only problem, but as of right now it is on the top of my fix list.

DnB,
I guess its up to you, The program works well but its also about how much energy you want to put in it. Its a whole lot better post program and having a little knowledge and insight than it is hanging around in the dark. You dont really have a time frame to do it in, work on it as best you can, and if you are runnin behind and stuck on an assignment, go back to it. The momentum you get going week to week helps get your thinking goin. Give it a try, its worth it, even if you dont take all of it to heart, good luck.

Hi Tyler, Welcome!!
No you are NOT the only person like this!! It's very difficult for me and I'm almost certain many others will tell you they also started out very excited to go through the program and for different reasons...feeling better after a few weeks, lack of time, rough periods of anxiety and or depression, procrastinations, life in general and likely an endless list of reasons. We all have our own stories and ways and have practised our behaviours and negative ways for many years so we can't expect to just change everything in a heartbeat.
We can only try with all our might to know we need help, want to feel better enough to fight this battle and want to WIN. You have so many people on here to assist you and every time you feel you need a push or a little inspiration make sure you come to the forums and ask for help. make this the first day of the rest and best of your life and never be a quitter with this program. It will change your life if you work it. Aren't you worth the time and effort needed to succeed???? I BELIEVE WE ALL ARE!
Get at it, stick with it, work your butt off..do not ever give up on yourself.
Life can be wonderfull.

No. You are not alone. I hear so many people on here say that. I am not one of them. I tend to jump into things and I won't let it go because I want to see how it'll turn out because I don't want to make the mistake of missing out on something that could be good. My way is not all good either. Somethings we should quit on, but this is not one of them. If you push through with this program, you will NOT be sorry. Do whatever you have to do to keep with it.
Sometimes we start the program and then we start slacking off because we start feeling good and we then feel like we don't need it anymore. Then when something stressful happens we always go back to it out of desparation. Don't wait until you desparate. Do it now. Don't waste time being miserable. Stick it out because you need to do this for yourself, and for your health.

No you are not alone and I have decided to use my real name and even post my website. For me as a local singer songwriter it's like a tabloid bomshell. I Home School and have made this our "Life Management class" I want to stop the chain of self suffering in my family. So No you are not alone...just think of all of the family and freinds that suffer in silence with these disorders. We just don't like to talk about it do we...and now we can. We just started the program last night and today and I have already felt the ah ha moments and heard an open forum created for us. So Hi and Thank you for the life line.
Hello!! No you are not alone to feel like this. I agree with deedee I'm just one of them who started the programme and feel better and then I interrupt and think now I managed my anxiety of my own. But the latest the days the anxiety is worse then ever. I have had a rough time at work and a lot's of work and my son had some difficulties with his studies and this started my anxiety and depression again. I will start over with the programme but it's so hard to get the motivation that I have the first time. But I promise myself to do that. Love to all of you!!
hey tyler,
i'm also a GUY, i'm 28, and rest assure that everything that you wrote and are experiencing is 100% ABSOLUTELY A-OK NORMAL
Everything that you're experiencing I'm experiencing and others are too, not to mention are earlier ancestors and so forth...
The only thing you have to remember is to: KEEP GOING with the program, and when it gets tough find your friends, family or your peers at this forum (AND ME) to help you, and put your trust in a higher being.
We're all part of the master plan and at the end ALL will work out, GUARANTEED !
keep in touch bud,
amir

Tyler I am just starting the progam. I have the same thought as you. Can or will the program complete me and vice / versa. Here is how im dealing with it. I already made the step to purchase the program its here in my home. I reconizied I have some issues going on. I dont want to remain with these feelings I get. I love myself and thats that. If I had a terrible disease I would be running to the Dr. for help. So I have a little issue with my feelings and Im running to Lucinda help program. Because I am worth it at least force yourself to trythe 30 days I am
