I need your help
I need your help of getting me over my fear of choking, it is the one thing that is not letting me move forward and pretty much what causes my panic attacks/ anxiety. Can someone give me so encouraging thoughts about how it is not easy to choke and when I start feeling a little weird inside, it does not mean that something is wrong with me!!! I need a lot of encouragment to know that I am going to be okay.
I know how you feel... I feel the same way sometimes, my throat will be really tense.. That is where I carry most of my stress. My suggestion is to use that relaxation CD that came with the program. It works so good, helps you relax and let yourself feel better. Just keep thinking positive thoughts and you will realize that you are going to be fine. I hope you feel better soon. ~Little Mama~
thank you Boon. I get really scared when eating in front of people or at restaurants and at night. I deal with some acid reflux that is caused by my anxiey and not to be gross but I do cough up food sometimes and it scares me that I can choke on it while laying down. I am really upset and frustrated about this. It is like I cant get this switch to turn off.
