Maybe I should've (oops - bad word) posted this in Lesson 3, but I'm wondering if you could feel bad (or even worse) when you're in a good mood.
For example, can you be laughing and thinking positive, and then all of a sudden feel worse? As if maybe you became more aware of your body and its symptoms?
For me, I tried being happy, staying in a light, positive, fun mood. But I get these frequent attacks of fatigue and non-stop brain fog. It's really frustrating.
Any thoughts?
Can you FEEL BAD when YOU THINK GOOD?
Hi I'm new here and didn't go through the program but I learned skills in my cbt group that taught me how to pull out a piece of paper and a pen and counter the thoughts that make me feel bad in a tea form and usually once I do I feel a lot better. They help me catch the errors in thought like shoulding etc and get me back into the moment and out of my emotional head.
