Hi all.
I have posted on here a few times regarding my grandfather and his struggles with his health.
He passed away yesterday morning in his sleep (the way he wanted).
He will be missed more than you'll know by many many people.
I am taking his unbelieveable strength to get through this tough time. He is with me!
The skills I've learned through this program and all the people on here have been more than I could have ever asked for!
I am getting through all of this with the most positive outlook anyone could have with what happened.
I thank God an the people at StressCenter, and all of you for being a part of this.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my Grandfather, a wonderful man, nearly 4 years ago. Even though he'd been getting slower each year and was 82 years old, it hit me like a ton of bricks and I had anxiety at the time, but for some reason, it made me less afraid of death at the time, to know that he was in Heaven and had passed over.
