In my own experience, I had trouble with my eyes. I think it is common with anxiety disorder. I had blurry vision, tunnel vision, sensitivity to light, and sometimes I had terrible headaches in the eye area. I think that is because the eye muscles have gotten very very tense. I had my eyes examined and everything was ok. I think (someone correct me if I am wrong) that the pupils dialate while having constant anxietyand that may be a reason for these symptoms. But they are not dangerous. I used to worry about my vision too but after 1 year of having panic attacks at night and not sleeping (I've recovered)I'm happy to say all those symptoms are gone and my vision has returned to normal.
But it is ALWAYS good to get everything checked
and I think you have, which is good..
I don't know if this makes you feel better
but I hope it helps a bit ..
take care Peace 1

I've had the blurry vision with my anxiety, as well as pain behind my eyes -- like a headache in my eyeballs. I have also had burning sensations in my eyes, too! I had a CAT scan of my head recently and all was fine, but I think I will see a neurologist and my eyeball doctor soon just to check things out. I will say, I didn't have those sensations prior to my grandmother's death which set me over the edge with anxiety and panic attacks, so I, too, believe it is all anxiety related. I am no doctor (obviously), but I think with all the tests you have had done, I think you should be confident to know it is your anxiety.
