What week are you on in the program, Missy? Have you been trying the relaxation tape/CD? It is VERY helpful in calming ourselves down...plus you can try to tell yourself the thigns you heard on that CD when you are experiencing panic or anxiety over these issues.
Also - you could tell yourself that just because it happened to them, does not in any way mean it's going to happen to you. It's OK to feel anxious over things like getting sick, or being in an accident, but not to the point that you obsess and worry about it and make yourself sick.
Hang in there! Keep telling yourself positive things and keep at the relaxation!
