Just wondering if anyone has found any really good ways to get rid of old angers. Also I find a lot of times that I am angry at everyone, I am normally a very nice and sympathetic person, but I have been wondering more and more about how nice I really am? I guess I am struggling with finding the real me. Does anyone else have that problem? I dont know if that sounds weird, but I am naturally an introverted person, and I find it hard to tolerate people for very long and it has gotten a lot worse, but the thing is it's almost like I make myself mad at people for really no reason. I just feel like I am in a bad mood all the time. It seems so more and more here lately. How do I sort my feelings out, and become a more compassionate person. A lot of times I am very distrustful of what people tell me and I tend to make my own conclusions up whether they be real or imagined. I hate that and I really want to change that. I dont know if I am just irritated in general about having this condition and that is what causes my bad moods. Can anyone relate? Or does anyone have advice as to how to not take things so personally. Thanks. :D

Blueskies,
Go to a website called Life-with-Confidence by Catherin Pratt. She speaks directly to the issue of dealing with others and it's well worth your time. Good luck.
