I don't think there ever was a lot of interest there to begin with, but any there was has now gone. I know I should be grateful I have a job, and I suppose I am, but any motivation has gone. Have you ever been in this situation? How do you get yourself motivated again? It is starting to show at work aswell, I've ****ed a few things up over the past while and if I'm honest, couldn't give a $hit. Co-workers have said to me a few times "Cheer up, its not that bad" so they notice. I am going through the program but its not really helping, I just hate my job so much.

Sounds like you're ready for a new job. Sometimes we're in a job for so long (or not so long) and we get to the end of our rope. I personally don't think most of us are made to be in one job for years and years. It's very common to loose interest in your job. But think of the exciting opportunities of finding a new job that you actually enjoy. I've been in your position a few times, left, found something way better that I liked a lot more and was happier. Eventually even those jobs took their toll and I needed something new again. We are all grateful just to be working but that doesn't mean you can't express dissatisfaction with what you're doing.

Good luck!
