You'll be fine. Just keep breathing slowly and reminding yourself it's just anxiety. It's not an emergency and it can't hurt you.

Here is a distraction for you; What do you think about this? I find it very hard to read or concentrate when I am anxious, much less analyze very well - but the audio CD on relaxation is there just for that reason. I think we should have a CD on "Sounds of Nature" or something like that. Waterfalls, wind going through fields of wheat or tall pine trees, the sound of big waves breaking on the beach, jungle sounds, whatever. Come to think of it, a video of a waterfall would be cool. Sort of like those aquarium videos for your TV. What do you think? (distract yourself).

hi R
Been doing the program for many yrs. finished it in 96' did it again in 2001'.. The relaxation tape has its purpose i think Lucinda keeps are minds focused with her voice and talking to us. Some times when there is no instruction we then can tend to let our minds go astry. then the chatter takes over and your mind is thinking all sorts of things while watherfalls are in the backround. try really hard to listen to lucinda as she guides you thru the cd i believe when i consentrate on her voice and direction my mind tends not to wander as much. just my observence and experience.
Anxiety is hard to deal with i know and to wake up like that is even worse. Believe in yourself. Believe trust and remember you are bigger than all of this. It takes time it takes patience. I still need review of the program. Be kind to yourself please.
remember you are loved and you are ok.
