I am 82 , this program has improved my health significantly.
I had chest pains , dizziness, and sometimes nauseous, back in Jan., before I started. These symptoms are worrisome at my age.
Now on the seventh lesson my health has improved significantly. More people my age could improve their health if they tried this program.
Now I am reviewing the lessons to find the parts that led to my improvement. I want to memorize those so that I can be bring them to mind, when I need them.

That's so wonderful!

You are an inspiration to us all!

Keep up the good work. I am just on Session3
and I am already feeling a lot better.
I find that if I write down the skills that Lucinda tells us to do in each session it helps me to recall them. Also I keep referring back to the workbook and the carry along cards are great because they basically sum it all up for you.

George,
God bless you! You are right about more people your age needing to try this program. My grandmother in law is 75 and a perfect example. She's depressed and anxious which leads to many health problems b/c she doesn't care and has almost given up. The difference is you are trying to improve your life. My own grandparents are in their 80's and doing wonderful. Kudo's to you! I know God is getting ready to use your testimony and recovery to help others. Please let us know how it goes. Beverly

George Sampson- You are an inspiration to us all! Please keep us posted as to what you thought contributed the most to your improvement. It would really be beneficial and motivating for all of us here.

ernajoy- Thank you for contributing. This is definitely good for all of us here who think we can't change or who think we've been down too long to try.
