hello all, i havent posted in a long time....dont know why....but im think im finally finding me.
Things are tough everywhere and in everyones life right? Well i know thats the thruth. We cant have life be peachy all the time.
So how then, going thru our"condition" do we know when its time to talk away frim a situation? Whether it be work or relationships or school...how do we know when the situation we are in just isnt working?
Example....I am starting to hate my job...i thought that i needed to work to h elp the anxiety, which partly true, buti spend way too much riw trying to prove myself to others and lately ive been criticized far more than the "old" me would ever take. Im only one person and they seem to have expectations that i am 12 people. I cant ve 40 places doing 40 things at a time. So i a mjust wondering if now is the time to start looking for a new job???? Advice please....

YOU NEED TO KEEP TRYING. MAYBE YOU NEED TO FIND A DIFFERENT JOB WHERE YOU ARE MORE APPRECIATED. OR CAN YOU TALK TO A BOSS OR SOMEONE THERE AT WORK?

Hi Asam,

Many work environments think they can get more out their work force by pushing them harder.I say to myself I can only do what I can do.Sit don't and really evaluate all of the angles.Financial, how bad is it really, ease of finding another job, better or worse.location, travel time.I've also found that trying to prove myself to an employer is a waste of time, causing frustration and disappointment. It also helps to red flag negative comments and discard them as trash. It's important to reflect on a change over some time, looking never hurt anyone, but continue to keep a good attitude with yourself. The other thing to consider ! Are you over reacting to the comments or are they really detrimental?
Another point is ,never let the right hand know what the left hand is doing.Don't give any hint that you are looking around, that keeps the ball in you court and preserves your position.

Best to you
