Hi everybody. I'm new here and ever since my cbt group ended I have not had any more panic attacks and my anxiety is totally manageable now. I do still suffer from social anxiety but I am getting better slowly there too. I need to do more exposure therapy and then challenge my fears in a tea form as I go through the exposures but I'm naturally shy and still avoid some social situations. I had a lot of encouragement and support as I was going through this so feel free to call on me if I can help anyone through my experiences that have led me to victories over anxiety.

Hi Judy,
Welcome! Was your cbt related to the Stress Ctr?
I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.

Amber CBT is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and it is the most proven non med cure for anxiety, panic and depression.
Bevhembree TEA forms are a CBT thought countering exercise featured in the book by Sam Obitz on overcoming anxiety.
