Good Days + Zoloft

I am really nervous to mix these. Does anyone experience being on an anti-depressant and taking Good Days? I once heard that it's bad to take 5-HTP with meds. That referred to a larger dose of course, but it still has me freaking out.

Good Days is a packet of vitamins that is produced by StressCenter and sold under another company that is called Good Days. Don't waste your money it's just an expensive vitamin supplement that you can put together on your own with viatmins from Wal-Mart, Sam's etc. It's another way for Lucinda to make more money!
