I have chronic heart palpitations. They have almost gone away but I do still get them. In particular, I get them whenever I lay on my left side (so I avoid lying on that side). Does that happen to anyone else?

I do not actually have that problem. But I had a health aide in school who always told us not to lay on our left side because it wasn't good for the heart. But I sleep on my left side all the time with no problems. So I think it is just how sensitive you are to it.
