you can do it, you don't have to what if, try to think positive. it's okay to be scared. you don't have to be scared of failing, you felt better the first time you did the tapes right? well then you can feel better again. all it is, is anxiety. you can't get any worse because anxiety is anxiety, you either have it or you don't, and you can lessen it and get rid of it so it's not that big of a deal.
