Has anyone had any increase in bruising, or become easily bruised, since starting any meds? In particular, I take Fluoxetine, Xanax and a baby aspirin a day, and I believe each of these can increase your susceptibility to bruises but wondering if anyone else has noticed this? I get HUGE bruises on my legs, sometimes I know that I bumped into something (I am the world's worst clutz), and sometimes I'm not sure where they came from. It's been going on for a looong time, and I just had a baby in April so I was having regular CBCs throughout my pregnancy that were normal, but it would be comforting to know if anyone else has this?? :?

The baby asapirin thins your blood. This will cause your to bruise easily. It's nothing to worry about. Although if you have to have surgery or become injured, you may need to stop the baby asapirin for 7-10 days. Congrats on the new baby!

LOL, thank you for the reality check, TRD72! My sister is a med assistant and said "asa" to me, I thought maybe it meant aspirin, glad you clarified it for me!
