Hi Judy - I'm Helen. I just started and I too have great hopes. What is the saying? I've been down so long it looks like up to me. Really bad marriage for 20 years took a toll. Now I need to make the most of what I have and I really do have a lot.......I am my own worst enemy that;s for sure.

Hi Judi,
I recently started the program also, about 6 days ago. I'm really looking forward to it too. I sure hope it works! I felt the same about the relaxation cd also, but it really does relax me. It feels really good to get that relaxed in about 10 minutes. Nothing else does that for me:)
