I started off great untill I finished the third session. It began to slow down and I am three days late geting started on session four. I have been through the fourth CD but have stalled out. There times when I feel it is working and then somedays just fall apart. I have slowed down on coffie and until the last three days have cut down on my medicine.

They say that the 3rd session is the toughest because everything else you do from there on is based on that. The best thing to do is stay on target and keep moving ahead. Don't stall out at this point- keep pushing forward and things will start to come together. Above all, do the work in front of you. It's hard to change the way you think but with repetition it'll happen and you'll see good results.

Yes, it's normal. It takes time for old thinking habits to fade. Many of us begin to recover, feel great for a while, then bam the old habits hit us blindsided again. It'a all in the program. Step 15 is "growth spurts" or setbacks. Our minds are going to test us to see how committed we are to change. Eventually things will smooth out and feeling better will be the norm. But at the start sometimes it's 3 steps forward and 2 backward.

Good advice here, Rick. Do not self sabotage yourself by stopping or stalling. Keep going with the program. Change is certain if you persevere.
