I'm thinking of becoming certified in yoga. I think it will help calm me and ease my anxiety and its a goal of mine.
Anyway,I want to stop talking about doing it one day and do it now! However, my schedule is going to be chaotic. I'll have super long days juggling work and long commutes and late nights at yoga class along with Sat's and Sun's. No days off, constantly on the go... something I'm nervous about but want to do so badly. I think I'm going to take the plunge and do it!!
I'm excited and thrilled and scared all at the same time! This is me taking a huge leap outside my comfort zone.
Thinking of doing a BIG thing
We definitely have to go after our dreams!!! Schedule wise I'd be praying about it for certain so you don't over schedule, because that in itself can be very stressful. Doing BIG things, big to us, are so empowering and freeing....to be able to move past the anxiety and 'just do it'. I would, however, relax into the idea over a bit of time before you take the leap, to make certain it's the right timing. God Bless!!
