Relaxation Methods.

I was wondering what everyone does to relax when they are really anxious? I'm always looking for new ideas to try out. The relaxation tape works really well, but sometimes I need some variation.

Here are some of the things I do. Of course I use the relaxation tape. I also use a yoga for stress relief video, take a warm bath, drink tea and sometime just lay in bed with a wet wash cloth over my eyes sprayed with a little bit of lavender scent.

What about you guys, what calms you down?

I just recently found Yoga and I love it. I take hot baths and lister to one of my favorite CDs and sing as loud as I can. It works for me. The thing that works the best for me is just watching my children, they are my whole reason for living and it just makes me happy to know that they are in my life, forever.

A cup of herbal tea with milk in it. It can be any kind and you don't have to add milk if you want, but if I do this it makes me feel so relaxed.
