Why is relaxing so hard... I want to do it, but I have so much to do. I study math for two or more hours everday and I study science as well. I am trying to get ready for the ACT in October. I feel so alone and afraid. College is scary and I don't know how I will deal with the social setting when I get there.

I am always busy and I feel guilty taking time to eat or exercise. I feel like I should be focusing on school 24/7. Also I don't want to think about my ex-boyfriend because I use his memory to punish myself. I don't want to think about him anymore. Well I just wanted to know what relaxation is because I don't do it very well. I was better at the relaxation tape the first week of the program.

I know how you feel. I cannot relax either, as my INTRODUCTION message was deleted. Can you believe that?
I would try exercising because it will help relax you afterwards.
Anyone else here have any idea's if the tape isnt helping her??
