Pains of Anxiety?

Ok i have been having alot of pain recently and i wanted to know if any of this has to do with Anxiety,Depression,Stress.. I have TMJ where my jaw hurts to chew or bite and it feels very sore making my ears hurt and have bad headaches.. Now lately the back of my neck is hurting bad down to my spine also inside of my neck around it. And i get bad stomach aches now and then as well not to mention i get dizzy or not know what im doing forgetting and cannot concentrate alot of the time. Can anxiety cause any of these symptoms?

Yes, all of them. Your are two steps ahead of yourself for putting the feelings you are experiencing with a name. I do not know if you have this program and if not, I would recommend going to the library and taking out books by Claire Weeks....they are very helpful.
