OK. I know they are anxiety related. Who gets them and what do you do about them? I have been getting them a lot more often lately b/c my anxiety has been through the roof. It's hard not to freak out. Sometimes they make me feel like my blood sugar is off but I really don't think that is the case - I've had that checked before.

I do stretches. I have had it where it feels like my body is too heavy for my body but stretching and breathing excercises helped me. You also may be lacking some type of vitamin or nutrient in your body. Hope this helps!
