HELP!!
Hi Maggie, I get this feeling from time to time exspecially if I am at work, I will continue to act as if it is no big deal and say to myself it is just anxiety you are not going to pass out faint fall or die so lets move on, I will also drink alot of cold water which seems to help. It does pass and over time it wont be as frequent or as strong. I hope this helps.
I am the queen of this feeling. I have felt like this for months now. But I do know it is anxiety because if it wasn't something major would of happened a long time ago. You are not going to pass out of faint. The best way to deal with it is just to ignore it. The crazy thing is I don't know if the symptoms are what is causing the anxiety of if the anxiety is causing the symptoms. What a cycle! PM if you would like to talk more about it. I have this feeling every single day every hour of the day. I promise you I know exactly how this feels.
