A New Beginning
I have just started the program and praying this is the answer to my prayers. I listened to the first week and it hit me like a ton of bricks. They were describing me to a T. It was like they had personally made that CD just for me. I have very high hopes that this program will help. I have been suffering depression for 25 years and anxiety for the last 10 years that it has totally taken over my life. I feel like I am going insane. I have radical mood changes and haven't understood why they have been so bad. The last 10 years I have gone through major life changes and I pray that this program is the answer.... I do feel alot better today since I have listened to the CD. Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated.
