When mate hits below the belt!!

Say your mate has that time of month when she gets very testy and angry. You say you don't like it when she gets like that... Then she says "at least it's only once a month and not everyday like with you!!!" What do you say to that? It is a total lie by the way, but how do you respond? Then you throw something back and she says "go see a shrink and get medication..." How do you deal with a blow so low as that? How do you deal with a controlling mate who can do no wrong in their eyes? How do you deal with it???! The shrink comment was real low!

One more thing. Do you ever have a blow out with your mate and then later you forget what started it? Is that normal?

I think you both are hitting below the belt. She is saying hurtful things to you, but you're saying hurtful things to her. she can't help what's going on with her and it's horrible (trust me. I know.), And you can't help what's going on with you and it's horrible(and I know that too).

So you both really should have a talk and agree to just try to understand the other more, and have patience with the other.

You will never understand what she goes through, and she will never understand what you go through, unless she gets anxiety and/or depression. And I hope she doesn't!!

try to look at both sides. I'm sure you'll come to understand what i'm saying.
