:DI am going to start off by saying today I had a pretty normal day,to the point it felt odd like something is was wrong because I felt good, this was something that I am not use to. My day was not a rush and I didnt feel too anxious,my chest didnt hurt and breathing wasnt shallow today. I am so thankful for today and hope it will be the same tommorrow.

Every day is a new opportunity to practice a new more positive and balanced way of thinking and to spread it outward. My goal is to make the world a better place just by being in it and being a positive force. The negative force I've been immersed in and exuding will be so powerful once I reverse the curse. Today was hard; my job is very stressful and intense and with one person on vacation... I feel very pleased that I did not have a panic attack at work. There were some uncomfortable physical symptoms, but all in all, I feel good about the day and am looking forward to tomorrow.

Is it possible that you were waiting for the "other shoe to drop" because your day was going so well? Do you have more good days or more bad days? Are you use to having good days?

My day went well yesterday, I had been trying to go into work to do extra hours but I was always in a panic with going into work early. So yesterday I decided to go to work at my normal time but work extra time after my normal end time, and it went very well.

So now I know what should work for me. That is what I think we all have to figure out, is what combination of things will work for us with our anxiety and/or depression.

Take care,
Rose
