I am really struggling with the lightheadedness/foggy feeling! I feel like my head is always cloudy and that I am walking around in this fog. Nothing feels real and I feel like I am robot moving about my day. My husband is getting really upset with me as all I want to do is get an MRI (it's my latest fixation) What helps anyone when they are going through this? I have been like this for a couple of years now and I would think if it was something sinister it would have developed into something by now. Help!!

Hi labourg, just wanted to say that i do feel the same, other physical symptoms have got better but the dizziness is not going away, and it still scares me. I try t not let it bother me but it's hard when its there every day and in the morning when you first wake up. I wish i could give you some tips but if anything i need some tips to. Good luck.

Hey girls! I must say I too used to get the lightheadedness, dizzy, and foggy feeling like everyday! Now it comes every now and then, I think when under alot of stress, or focusing on alot of negative issues, or irrational thoughts. Just try to keep focusing on other things, things that you love, ppl you love, great things you would like to do, and things that are good that you can already look forward to. These symptoms do go away!! They may come and go periodically, but it gets to a point where, it goes, and you don't even realize it, and then when you start to feel better gradually, you will start to think about how much better you feel and realize alot of the symptoms you used to have don't come as often as they used to, or at all! When you notice those symptoms, put your focus on something totally positively different, and eventually they will dissapate!!! Good luck!!
